Really??? Kodabow? What track record do these guys have? To each their own but not interested in yet another group thinking they can make a crossbow better than Excal.

Been researching and watching all the videos I can on them and now I am leaning really really hard towards a KODABOW. Time will tell. Never seen one personally, only in pictures. Going talk to them and shoot one at the upcoming show in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. If I like the feel and the handling of one I am going to pull the trigger and get it.

No new bow here this year. I let everyone test them out first and no issues then I think about buying. I do that with everything I buy. Nothing to do with buyout as that's what I was doing anyways. Wanted a GT Flex since they came out and just bought one last summer. May get an Excalibur speed bow in a couple years if someone sells one bare for a price I want to pay. I own a few Excaliburs of different weights and have yet to buy one over $400. Anyone selling a 380 for under $400. yet? No, I will wait.

Big John did grab my attention in trading post though. Seriously thinking about his. :)

I've had the pleasure of shooting a kodabow at a friends place. Seemed like a really nice bow! If memory serves me she was a tad on the heavy side

I did like the black beauti, but I didn't get a whole lotta trigger time with her. I honestly don't know what she (bow) would be like to hunt with.

I thought about a kotabow an picked one up at lancaster archery to see how it felt along with a couple other top brands an they all seemed well built an nice bows . But after handling a matrix 380 an shooting one it was hands down the best feeling an balanced of the bunch .

Feels like my thumbhole stock vixen and have never handled a better feeling bow so no hard decision when I get ready for a new one .soon as my vixen wears out

I talked to Danny Miller about that Friday when I called about warranty service on my Tact Zone. He did not seem to know anything about any changes being made on the Tact Zone scopes. I now have a Leupold on the way to me.

Well..................I pulled the trigger on the KODABOW. I have a 200 pound Bravo Zulu shipping Fed Ex on Monday 1-13-14. Going to shoot it all spring and summer. Hopefully I will like it as much or more than my Vortex. Time will tell. I think the people of KODABOW are making a great product. They certainly think they are. So does Ruger firearms who have invested in the KODABOW company.
I may like it, I may not. I took a chance on Excaliburs Vortex and like it a lot, and have been successful taking deer with it. I hope to have the same success with the KODABOW. If it does not work out I'll sell it. You can check out their crossbows at www.kodabow.com.

Every time I get the itch for a new bow a shooting session with my Exomax changes my mind. It just shoots and handles so well for me that I can't see selling it.

Hey, maybe I could just keep it and just buy a 2nd bow!!

Seriously only having the Exomax means I shoot it a lot and I need the practice.

I just took the plunge on a new bare bow Exomax (great price). Been shooting and hunting with Axiom SMF for 2 years and love it...put a heavier arrow in the Max than I shoot in Axiom, jeez it still shoots hard.

It is a big beast in the hands though....I held a Matrix 355 and loved it, but economics rule right now....someday I hope to own at least one matrix. Doubt i ever sell the 2 I have now though.

We were shocked how easy Exomag cocked and decocked....with rope adjusted right (a bit difficult to get last hook on) feels about the same as Axiom to me??
