Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers/StringTamers

What has been the life expectancy of these bumpers? Has anyone destroyed a set yet?

I feel the Norway string tamer rubber bumpers used on Danny Miller's Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers are holding up much better than the Excalibur R.E.D.S./S5 type.

My string tamers last a long time had hundreds of shots and still looked new! They do not survive a dry fire! :?
Cant compare to the R.E.D.S. as i never used on my 355!

The RBBB's will last you hundreds of shots if you keep the correct brace height and rotate them. The original R.E.D.S.bumpers will last longer if you shave some material off of the ball without passing the center line and rotate them as well. In other words do not take out more than half. The air pocket you create inside will help better cushion the string blow and actually make the crossbow quieter in the same time.

Good choice and you didn't have to pay a arm and a leg for the set.

Danny's BUZZ BUSTERS cost you some speed but in my opinion nothing quiet's a bow better than all that I've tried, these seem to work best on the matrix series because of the power and speed of the matrix bows

They are $25 but the longer you stay on the phone the more good stuff you will buy. Just be warned.
