leupold makes alumina caps for the crossbones scope.there costly
but in the end tops off the matrix nice.. plus the fold all the way down
and stay there with a magnet in the hinge..butler creek make the right fiting
caps for the dlx..better off takeing the scope to the gun shop and trying them
untill you get the right ones as the numbers on caps and boxes seem off for excalibur scopes..

I've updated the image with the info you've provided.

ok here goes nuttin, this seems to comeing up a bit, what size scope covers do i need. i will start by giving u the actual measurements of scope done with dial calipers
objective= 1.552 eye side= 1.685
butler creek size eq:

eye side/ flip open - # 18/19(1.70) item # 20180
blizzard - # 6 (1.70-1.79) item # 70206 see thru
tactical - #16/17/18(1.66-1.70) sku= 41618
multy flex- #16/17/18(1.66-1.70) item # 21618

objective/ flip open - #45(1.558) item # 30150
multy flex- # 13-15(1.53-1.558) item #31315
blizzard- # 4(1.5-1.59) item #70204

eye side the blizzard and tactical are not push button just flip. these sizes come from butler creek website,(so there is my disclaimer: just in case) if it isn't listed here it because they don't make it. cabellas carries all but flip open model. you can do this yourselves for any scope, dial calipers and thier website.
enjoy the rest of your day :) :)
Thanks for posting this info. I just ordered caps for my shadow zone.

I put blizzard covers on my shadow zone scope. But the objective lens cover pops open too easily. I’ve tried two different ones ( both size 4). Any ideas what I should do?

I had similar problems with the Varizone scope about 10 years ago that I solved by making some adapters that would press onto the scope to allow me to go to a larger Blizzard cap. The Blizzard caps work much better at the bottom of their size range. You could try wrapping the end of the scope bell with electrical tape to get the diameter large enough to just go up to the next size Blizzard cap. If I was going to make new adapters now I would probably draw them up in CAD and 3D print them to fit.
