Warranty Registration Failure????

Post by James Hutchison »

I was unable to register my new in the box Excalibur Exomax that I just got from Amazon today. When asked to enter the model only the new 2014 models appeared and I was blocked from typing in Exomax and couldn't register. Is this an error or changing warranty policies. I personally don't put much stock in warranties and these older discontinued models have years of proven reliability. No big deal, but still makes you think? PS the listing was by Excalibur thru Amazon.com shipped by Amazon.

Give them a call and see what they say about your warranty

I do not speak for Excalibur, however that warranty registration is more to do with marketing information as are most registrations. It's important to companies to see the profile of their customers to make sure they market in the right direction.

I agree. I just got off the phone with him a little while ago and warranty registration was never mentioned in either the original call or the one today. Just simply "send the bad parts back and I will send you new ones". He will call you partner a few times though. Great guy to do business with. :D
