It's all a communist plot.
How else are folks going to get them for those prices?

The only way they'd get them for a better price is if they buy them directly from China.

I don't understand why they don't offer the Matrix series as a bare crossbow only. At $100-125 the TZ are good buy, so folks buy them up, but at full price it's worth looking into an up grade IMO.

Mine failed me and i just bought my 380 a few weeks ago. Going with a different scope now. Kind of disappointed Excalibur keeps putting them on knowing about so many having probs with them. But they are making it right or Danny is letting me do a trade in

It's simple really. People choose to swap out scopes and others give the now available scope a try. This is no different than swapping out strings and arrows.

What you say makes sense, however I imagine that to have the TZ manufactured to Excalibur's specs, a substantial amount of scopes had to be ordered. In my opinion, making the Matrix 355 & 380 only available as a kit, and with the TZ as the only scope option, assures that the TZ will sell, as well as increasing the sales of their other accessories. I think you'd have to agree, that's good marketing.

On a positive note, we have to at least give Excalibur credit for making the Matrix 405 available as a bow only option.
