How many times can you reserve a string?

I don't shoot as much as most here so pardon my ignorance. :mrgreen:
How many times can you reserve an excal flemish string :?:
I just reserved one of my three for the second time ( other than the original serving ) how many more miles left in her :?: :?

I really think it depends on the condition of the string stands under your serving.
You're only paranoid if everyone isn't out to get you.

I reserved one of my Flemish strings 6 or 8 times..i don't see why you cant do it till the string itself starts failing.
when you have it in the stretcher is the time to examine it and youll be abe to tell. one tip I always do(learned from boo)
untwist the string 7-8 twists--reserve then put those twists back in it that will help tighten the new serving..

Thats like asking how long is a piece of string ;-)
As long as the strands aren't broken you can keep reserving it. Or like I do, just when the string gets really tatty looking make a new one for the fun of it.
