I tried them a couple falls ago and dropped the turkey in it's tracks. I personally like aftershock heads but these would be my second choice in a heartbeat.
The meat don't fry if the arrow don't fly!

I've killed several turkeys with NAP Gobbler Getters, NAP Spitfires, and Rage 2's. They all work but I would recommend the regular Spitfires.

The spitfires and gobbler getters are basically the same, except the gobbler getters have a blunt tip. This feature is meant to be an advantage by slowing the arrow down to keep it in the bird. The problem is that it can and does fail... cut on contact isn't just important for deer. Those blunt ends can bounce off the boney elbow of the turkeys wing.

I've killed six turkeys with Gobbler Getters and hit one that I didn't get. It had nothing to do with the BH, it was a poor shot. This was all with a compound before my X bow days. If I ever hunt turkeys again there will be Gobbler Getters on the front of my bolts.
The older I get, the better I used to be.
