Dan, something might be missing from the links because I can't copy/paste them with any success.
I do miss Mike P. here and very much enjoyed all his posts!

Mike posted that he was working on a hunting book and I expressed my interest in a signed copy. Does anyone have any up to date information on his book?

Norm, Grizzly Adam had some stuff going on in his personal life. Last I heard he moved to Indiana while he tried to get things back on track. Haven't heard from him since.

I remember that Irish Spring battle. That was really funny and thanks for posting those links awshucks. That picture on the magazine is a classic.

I lost touch with Mike P after I went in the army. I was fortunate to meet him and his wife Annie for lunch at a country club about half an hour from where I lived at the time. We used several of his stories as examples in a creative writing course I was taking at McHenry County Community College. Sure miss the guy and reading his stories.
