NYS legalizes x-bows

Post by liaf »

Its been awhile since I have been on this forum as x-bows weren't allowed last couple of years. FYI NYS allowed xbows only during firearms season in 2011 and 2012. Finally they have come to their senses and are allowing xbows during any firearm season for big and small game. They will also be allowed during the last 14 days of southern zone archery season and last 10 days of northern zone archery. Finally we have gotten our foot in the door- full inclusion is inevitable. I see a lot of familiar names on this forum. I see they have a new line of xbows called Matrix. I am sure I will learn about these as I go along.

That's excellent! Certainly a step in the right direction.
