Thinking about trying an Apex crossbow for a bit of fun. One club I shoot at will allow "target" crossbows but not "sporting". I think it is really draw weight and related target damage rather than style of crossbow.
Wondering what would be the best bolts to shoot from an Apex? I shoot 20" GT Laser II out of my Ibex and they work great but suspect something lighter would be better with the Apex.
Most grateful from any advice, especially from any Apex owners/shooters.

Hello, Laser 2 with ali inserts and 75 grain points will shoot fine.
