im new to crossbows,, just recieved my matrix 355 kit,,, put it all together, nice and compact,, the front scope cover is very loose,, i cant filp the cover up without holding the cover part where it slips over the end of the scope,, its way loose,, the back is fine,, thanks for any info,, i will hunting in northeast pa.. u s of a.. thanks

Congrats, and welcome to the forum. Try switching the caps, If memory serves me right, there is a slight size difference.

I took mine off my 355,you could put some electrical tape on the scope front so it's tight when you slip it on.

I took my covers off too & replaced them with the crossbones.. :)

Welcome bludweiser, lots of good information to be had on this forum. Congrats on the 355, got me one to. Good luck in the fall, its right around the corner. :) I will be roaming around in 3C, maybe even a little bit in 3D.

welcome to the 355 club, just rap some elec. tape around the front and you will be ok . :D good luck this fall

yea i already did the electrical tape thing,,lol....thanks,, i also see ,i will have to wear glasses to see the yardage marks in the scope,, they are very faint,, they should be in bold,, i too will hunting 3c..

don't need dem scope covers anyway. i jerked my off when i got caught flicking mine open rifle hunting on a cold quiet morning . . .it wont happen again

I never cared for them either.. I have been using the bikini covers for my rifle and xbow scopes for years now.. I usually have the cover on till im settled in then put it in my pocket. if it starts raining I put it back on . sometimes I just uncover the reticals and kind of wind it around the scope so it stays on the bow/gun out of the way.
