Just had to tell about my experience. Last Tuesday, I discovered an issue with my M 380 ( bad limb ) . Called Excalibur, talked to Peter, explaining I was leaving for a bear hunt the following Friday. Sent a picture, got a RMA, sent it in Tuesday afternoon to Woody's. Just got today (Wednesday)(8days).
Thanks to Peter, Dawn, and the guys at Woody's we are ready to go. Great bunch to deal with.
