If money is not a factor, I prefer the crossbones because it has a speed ring to adjust for the speed of any Excalibur crossbow. It is also a bit lighter despite being longer.

Nikon Bolt is a very good scope, and you will be very happy with it! It does require a bit of tweaking, but clear optics, nice size view, and durable.

If money is tight, try a Redfield Revenge. I got one a few weeks ago for $90. It is bright and clear. It also has a speed ring and multiple cross hairs for shooting out to 60 yards.

Someone had them for $80. It is a bit long on the Matrix, but indeed a good scope!

Also check ebay for a new take off Shadow Zone... people get these with their new Excalibur package and never use them. They are pretty good scopes,,, maybe the best scope Excalibur has ever offered.

Use your old scope if you have one as a trade in for the Leupold from Danny Miller. Then you will only pay a smaller difference.

If you end up with the Crossbones you'll be buying a scope with everything you need.
Andrew has a great idea about calling Danny Miller.

Well I did call him a few days ago and ordered a back up custom fff, string he seems to be a very nice guy.So I think I will give him a call Monday or so,and hope fully like a member said I can trade him this stock scope that came with my Ibex on the leupold.I'm just not really happy with this scope.I have leupolds on all my rifles except for my lever guns, and have never had any issues.I am glad I joined this forum!! you people are really helpful Thanks bubba

The hawke is also a very good choice.
I have on on my hha and its superb.
I have unfortunately gone through 3 shadow zone scopes with various issues.
Dan sorted me out every time.( gentleman for sure)
I cant recommend the hha and hawke enough.
