Add Big Game Tree Stands to the list of good guys!

My feeder stopped working and after a bit of diagnostics, I assumed it was the control unit.
I sent an email asking if I could buy a control unit/timer for my feeder and commented on how difficult it was to buy parts here in Ontario. They responded to me within 2 hours with some questions to confirm what was wrong with my feeder. Being a 3 yr old feeder, I had no expectations of being helped out so I was surprised at their response!
Below are quotes from 2 emails;

It sounds like the timer you have is one of our older styles that had a fuse along the red wire. If you haven't already, I'd check that fuse. The problem you're having is either in the fuse or an internal component of the timer itself that is not allowing the power to run through to the motor. If you have checked the fuse and continue to have problems, let me know as we'd offer a one-time no charge replacement of the timer for you to update it to the newer style with no fuses and a reset button. Feel free to get back to me at your convenience.
