Why is it that the R.E.D.S. is installed on all the Matrix except the 355 & 330 ?

They come wid the pkg. Marketing & sales =money. Jus buy a set of Millers buggy Bumpers & yer better off. I have them & a Guardian i bought on Marie Laveau.
