SD....can you buy the lighted nock part separate from the whole vane assembly or is it one unit?...If it is one unit, it appears to be about two inches long...do you then cut your arrows to 16" to compensate?

I like the fact that the vanes can be exchanged out but I am not yet convinced personally that the unscrewing to remove the battery unit, turning it off and putting it back together will not result in some falling onto the ground never to be seen again..

I'm with Swamp on this one. NuFletch is the way to go for durability and ease of use. It's the same reasons we all shoot Excaliburs.

....I think this is all fun....it just provides for another "goodie" to try for the off season....hey if I don't like it I know there are some who will take it off my hands
(right Swamp?  )

....A review I just saw on USA Midway sight:

These things are pathetic. Don't waste your money. Fit is lousy. Does not blink. Cannot see the led from 10 feet away. Use these, lose your crossbow bolt...

I am not familiar with them at all nor am I ready to change from my reliable Lumenoks...

I haven't heard great things about the launchpads either. Have never tried them myself but just what I hear.

...probably will pick up a pack to try out...again, it would be for next year if at all...

I have a lot invested in my Lumenoks...Burt Coyote has me on speed dial  but I am never married to any of these....except the misses...(I had to look over my shoulder for the flying wooden spoon    )

...a lot of great information....

ok, with all this talk about nu-fletch nocks, lets hear more about the
"turning the light off" vs lumenok's way.....

and does the nu-fletch offer nocks sized for different style arra's ??

I have always ordered #2219f3 lumenoks for my xx75-2219 arra's
and they fit perfectly.

thanks.........
