Shafts (bare) are 7.3 grains per inch = 146 grains (20")
Insert 110 grain = 256 grains
Nock 8.4 grains = 264.4 grains
4" Vmax vanes @ 9.6 grains/vane - 28.8 grains = 293.2
100 grain broadhead - 393.2 grains

How do you come up with 243 grains?

146 grain bare shaft, 20.2 grain flat aluminum nock, 21.3 grain aluminum insert and 3 x 5.2'ish grain vanes (15.6 grains total) only comes up to 203.1 grain - add a bit for glue but you are still almost 40 grains "heavy"????? Where is the extra weight coming from????

Laser III's @ 8.5 grains per inch would give you 243'ish grains without the head...

I am using the original Excalibur packaged GTII's. As they sit out of the box, they come in at 255 grains, give or take a couple for variation. I refletched using 2" Blazers. They reduced the weight by about ten grains. That leaves me at approximately 245 grains before adding a head. They have the standard aluminumn nocks and inserts at each end.

I used to make em. Now get Black Eagle Executioners (from Wyvern Creations) for $39.00 half dozen. Best arrows I've ever used and at about my cost of making em, leaving more time for shooting, hunting and stringmaking. :D

I've gone to the Easton legacy 20 series, My 18'' 2020's are 381gr's complete. I've tested these most the summer and bar none nothing has cut the air or penetrated targets as deep as these. Two, three or four blade bh's don't effect accuracy, I only use COC fixed blades and FOC is 12 to 14%.
