I hunt the same deer cane licks that have been used for yrs, just freshen them up and hunt. I know deer come to them all yr and yrs.

I have had positive results with TE307,,,this year I am trying a new tactic,,,my close to home set up is a stand I have about 15-20 yards inside the woods from a barren field,,I augered a hole and cut down to size a suitable tree and transplanted it into that hole,,,,its my tree-coy,,,I bought some Smokeys pre-orbital gland scent and eye-droppered some of it to the licking branches of the tree,,,within a week that tree was all rubbed up and has been hit a few more times,,I refresh it before I climb up to my stand and last week I think I saw the buck responsible for those rubs,,,,he's pretty nice,,,it's been pretty rainy here,,,was gonna go out tonite but the wind was wrong,,,hoping that changes soon,,plus it is going to get cold,,,,time to start grunting,,,I'm stoked
