Anybody use the Octane Thug?

I have one of these from having a wheelie xbow and was going to use it but it has a moon nock and it says it is a universal nock.Haven't tried it to see how universal it really is.I really like decocking with the rope but the one post on here kinda scarys me alittle.Whats ya'lls take? Just the time I have used mine in the past few days I have wear on the cocking rope.Is this a concern? I really like this 330 and I don't want to mess anything up by not knowing.Thanks

I have been decocking a Equinox for 4 years now after many , many hunts and never had a problem just remember to take the bolt off first

try some bow string wax on the cocking rope . been doing that for a few years now and no problem as yet .
