Equinox, tough, accurate, reliable and easy to maintain. You should be able to get a very good deal on one today. I dropped mine from a 20' tree stand and absolutely no damage with the same POI. I need to note that I have no experience with the Matrix line of CBs.

As much as I love my M380 I have to say that any of the excals will be great for smoking deer. I started with an exomax and now have the M380 as I said, so i guess my vote will go to the M380. Awesome, fast, and powerful.

355, hands down. Here is why, and you said ground blind! Tree Stand goes to the Micro, and the 335 is right there too. :D
The 355 is as powerful as the old Beast in terms of speed, and someone else used this phrase, hope you don't mind, whackability! It is small enough to move around in a ground blind, even with two people in there, and it is as accurate as any Excalibur made to date!

Phoenix without question!
Because it's all I have.

If I were going to buy a new Excalibur it would probably be a black Micro.

A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.

I would have to choose the Micro 335. Small, powerful, comfortable to hold and shoot.

If I could only have one and it would only be used to kill things with, it would be the 405!

I love my Micro but haven't had time to really tweak it yet, so today, I'd stick with my Matrix 380.
