has anyone mount a go pro camera or similar on there bows?. just bought a Emerson Gander had them for 35.00 so I thought I would try it . for that price couldn't go wrong . got it mounted on my Munch quiver mount with Velcro had to make some adjustment and modify some seems ok . just have to try it now to see how it works . if you have done this please let me know how it worked for you . thanks in advance.

I have a sony action cam that I mounted on my
"shucks" range finder mount

It sits a little to high , but I really like it
I have a tilt mount on it which adds to the height.
I only have to move my hand up a short distance from my trigger to turn it on.
I found it had a little to much vibration on the front top mount, and it seemed to far away for me, but that's just my opinion.

I tried using the laser range finder mount as a base with my tiny little Sony handycam. I used velcro to attach it but there was way too much vibration at the shot so it was essentially useless. I'm currently looking into a 'Tactacam' but I have more research to do before pulling the trigger on that to the tune of $249.00 USD..

that's why I bought the 35.00 dollar one not sure how it's gonna work . was just foolen around with this one and I think I figured out a way to mount it on the quiver bracket , just have to drill 2 holes . this cam. is real tiny and only weighs a few oz.

I also just bought an action camera,my thoughts were if too much vibration from crossbow then i was going to mount it to the peak of my hat, even if I had to drill a hole in the peak.I dont want anymore weight on my bow than I have to since I have a rangefinder already installed :)

this cam got to weigh a good 6 oz. at the most so weigh is not a problem. I don't know about a hat mount . I thaught about that but how do you see where the cam is . like the bow mount the best . bought this thing but the did not tell there was no sd card with it . so now I have to wait for the card to get here no big stores where I live. :( just lots of Deer :D thanks for the help.

I have a Spy Point Xcel cam that I purchased from TSC. It came with a scope mount, bow mount and hat mount. It also came with a remote control. I used it to video my deer hunt this year and am pleased with it so far. It handled the vibration from my exocet 175 pretty good, clear video with very little shaking. I also don't have any vibration dampening anything on my bow. I'll try to upload the video somewhere so you can see it.

I'm pretty keen on getting one of these when it's available for iPhone 6.
