Stay on the bow. Things dont like to stay on crossbows linbs and strings. Fair task to get anything to stay. The ones that came out a few months ago wouldn't stay put and I think folks either quit carrying them or they quit production. I hope these will stay adhered.StormDragon wrote:Ok, stay on the bow while shooting or stay on the shelves in the warehouse where they will collect dust and be lonely and wish for shooting companions to have adventures with?flightattendant100 wrote:Danny Miller did have some a few days ago.i asked if they would stay on and he said" They aren't goin anywhere ." I remember something not to long ago that stuck on to the inside of the limbs where the string connected but they kept falling off due to a glue issue I believe.

Re: Excalibur Brake Pads
The sticky thingy on the inside of the limbs is an "Brake Pad". The things simular to the dissipator bars out in front of the limbs are "Air Brakes".
Re: Excalibur Brake Pads
does anyone have a link to these "air brakes"? I searched ebay for "Excalibur air brakes" but come up empty. just really curious to see what these are. this thread is the first time that I have read the term with crossbow use
