Please Help. Micro Limb Problem? I Think.

Post by drkeenan »

I was working on sighting my Micro when I noticed that the string isn't parallel to the brace height line. The distance from left stop is significantly different than right. Any thoughts/help will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Your links need to posted between the [img] tags.

Yup, tiller problem solved, it's related to that crack. You need some new flippers, just take those off and send them to Danny Miller if in USA or direct to Excalibur if in Canada, they'll get you fixed up right rickey-tick!

i had a similar limb issue. it seems right at the recoil plate edge there was an issue. i just hope its not so common. let us know how your process goes. i sent my limbs in 2 weeks ago and still waiting for replacements. i followed the new warranty system because i had several other item to send back.Danny is much quicker for sure! the quiver that came with one of my new Micros was scratched up and the hood loose. the rail had roller markers from machining in a few spots on its side that was anodized over.i also wanted the smaller Octane scope because the Varizone looks too big on a Micro to me. minor issues that Excalibur said they would make right. cant ask for any better service!

I had the same problem on my 380 when I first got it. Called Danny and he had me ship the limbs to him. He shipped new limbs to me within two weeks. Good luck.

Please contact us regarding your limb, we will need to replace that for sure. The Micro has had very few limb failures so this is not an epidemic.

The fastest way to look after a warranty issue is to use our warranty system:

http://www.excaliburcrossbow.com/service

The system will give you and RMA number and you will get an email with the address to send your crossbow to. The great thing about the system is you can use it 24/7 and it will track your entire warranty transaction.
