I've been trying to get people to start a moose hunting party but no one wants to commit. Plus they wine when they spend money and only get a calf tag. Some day I hope to get a chance to moose hunt but I guess I'll have to find the right people first.

Our rifle group had 11 guys put in, I think 5 were in pool 1.

We got one bull tag for the whole group, that's it. We have been richly rewarded with tags the last couple of years so we were due for a letdown.

With only 1 tag for the group, I'm dropping out...about 3 or 4 others did as well.

More Exomax time for Bambi!

That's right Red, there's always a bright side to things. For me that means more time for goose and duck hunting before the gun season starts.
