20 more #? 3/4 " longer ps? What? Is this for real (290# draw weight) or just wishful thinking

It would probably have to be 340lb. draw weight.

^^^^ I agree. That last couple inches on the Micro is the real deal. Pulling it an inch farther would be a good hernia test.

It's 270 now.......another 3/4 isn't going to stack another 70 lbs onto it. You probably overdraw a portion of that already? Just a swag, but I'm thinking under 300# for 360 fps.

ehntr, the 330 is 220 lbs. so 50 more lbs. gained 5fps. It will probably make the mega 405 feel like pulling a vixen. JMHO.

I just wanted to point out that the existence of a 355 Micro is all just speculation right now and is not a released product. Like all manufacturers, we are constantly playing with new ideas and testing products to see what direction we want to go for the next generation of crossbows. It's no secret that speed is always a "hot button" for crossbow buyers but there are many other factors we look at for new models like the size as seen with the new Micro 335. It's only logical to speculate on a faster Micro model but we have to look at the big picture of where the industry is heading and what people really want. I like the feedback some of you are giving regarding making a slower micro with lower draw weight. There are lots of possibilities with the exciting new Micro platform.

The Micro 335 is an awesome product and one of my favorite models that produces the perfect combination of great performance along with the incredible compact size. I wouldn't be holding out on what might be coming when you could be shooting what is already here!

I see a strong demand both ways, a 310fps would sell very well. Lot of folks want the size of the Micro, and would be happy getting 300, or more fps!
My two cents.

Two different bows with different configurations you are comparing Bobby. I've got both the 330 and the 335. They are both great bows and I'm not really a speed demon..............The evil VM started this thread  You could probably get 360 fps from a 335 at the same draw weight of a 405...........and at a shorter ps the 335 would be easier than the 405 to draw. Easier being a subjective description..........your mileage may vary... :D

Yeah make everyone happy. Make your 310 micro and make the 375 for ME :D

cant wait. And no I will not get a micro now till speed goes up. I can wait for it or will find another bow. This is not ment to sound harsh but as I read it I see it can. So please dont take it that way. I just like my speed to decrease my TOF and a flatter trajectory at longer ranges.

But I do love the size of the micro and just hope it can come to fruition. Here is to crossing my fingers.

I'm not so sure. You have to remember that the limbs on the Micro are so compact that the weight stacks up a lot quicker than the other models. To me the draw weight on my Exomax doesn't seem to increase much at all over the last 6 inches or so. Its just a long pull. On my Micro it gets noticeably harder to pull as it goes up with the last inch or two being HEAVY.

My concern would be reliability from the wear and tear on strings and arrows. Stretching out a Micro would probably require harnessing more stored energy than the Mega does today. It already feels like it stops just short of warping the space time continuum.
