I shoot 20" xx75-2219's out of my 380 all the time as long as you have a 350-min grain weight you should be good to go :D

A stiffer arrow is going to be more accurate, especially at longer ranges. Just curious, why aluminum?

I've shot the 2219 xx75 arrows out of my 355 with great results. Arrow blows thru the deer!

My carbon arrows have a total weight of 433gr....and they are spinal Taps...I wouldn't shoot aluminum out of the 405 because in the long run it may cost you more than the carbons as you try to remove them from targets...etc.

I shoot EASTON 2020 Alum, there's not a carbon arrow made any stronger.

I switched to aluminum from carbon because of the cost alone. I've actually never shot a carbon arrow out of my Matrix 355.

I shoot 18" Easton 2219 XX75 aluminum arrows with 2" Bohning Blazer vanes out of my Matrix 355. My total arrow weight is 470 grains with 170 grain NAP Thunderhead broadheads.

I estimate my arrow speed is around 300 FPS, plenty fast at 30 yards which is my maximum live game range. Double lung losses the arrow in the grass every time. I consider every arrow shot at game sacrificial.

Sorry took so long to get back to you folks, 2020's are on e-bay and yes like xx75 or legacy's, used them for all other bows and worked out best for me with the xcals also.

2020 - 20/64" diameter, 0.020" thick. Often used with long bows, sometimes recurves. Moderately heavy, moderate spine at best.

These aren't moderate spine arrows, cut down 18in or shorter I haven't found any arrow stiffer than these.... I've got a quick bow and these shoot best for me up to date.

They look like any other arrow, alum insert both ends fletch with what you like, happy hunting. I've never used brass inserts don't think they make for 2020's
