You ask HUH!!

Well here is that explanation.

Braden Coburn is a long time Flyer and is now in Tampa. But!!!!!!!

Here is the kicker.

KIMMO Timminin or however you spell it is on the hawks. Kimmo is retiring after these last games while Braden Coburn has a lot more time to play.

So I can't cheer for the Hawks I just can't so that is why I will cheer for Tampa but hope the Hawks win.
We'll take whatever support we can get. No matter how screwed up your reasons are.

Here's how I see it. MLSE, (the owners of Toronto Maple Leafs) have the "best NHL team".

HUH you say, they haven't won the Cup since 1967. Well sports in today's era isn't about winning a trophy, but rather winning/earning the most money. Using that criteria, the Leafs have all other NHL teams beat, without having to play a single playoff game and only playing half the year, they still generate more money than any other team.

If the truth be known, that is why Mike Babcock chose to coach the Leafs, where else could he earn $50 million, and be "semi-retired"

That is very true. In hockey money they are top dogs. I watched a show how they are the big $$$$ winners in team value in the NHL.

Just to note that most of those southern hockey teams would not even exist if it were not for revenue sharing!!!

What Comfybear mentioned is very true , but there is still a lot that would like to see them win again ? Missed their last cup by 4 year's, maybe I'll still be alive to see their next one?? :)

My Bolts just laid down and gave Chicago the game last night. Got to play all 3 periods if you want to hoist the cup.

Got a bad feeling about my Bolts. Our Big man (Bishop) is out and may not be able to continue. The Russian has some big shoes to fill.

I have to say that the last game was one of the most intense I've ever seen. The last minutes were incredible, like a swarm of bees. The last seconds with the Bolts hanging around the net were unnerving to say the least. I think this series has 7 games to award the Cup, and it's looking like 7 is required. The youngster defended pretty well, we got lucky on the deflection!
