Biggest buck you have taken with bow
Was just wondering what your biggest buck taken with bow or crossbow and how far was your shot ! Already getting the hunting fever,it will be here before you know it !

About a 130"ish buck shot on Nov. 10th 2014 at 20 yards and rewarded with a short recovery.

Depends on whether you mean weight or score.
Weight wise this guy was the biggest. Scored a whopping 0 as he had already shed. On the scale though he was 198 lbs field dressed. Took him new year's eve 2014 at 18 yards sitting on the ground leaning against a tree:
Score wise it was this guy taken Dec 17, 2010. Scored 118. Took him at 22 yards from a ground blind.

Weight or score,those are some nice ones,The largest I have ever taken was in the 130s.Hope to get a big one with my 355 Excalibur this year . Thanks for posting your pictures! Ron!

My biggest was taken with a vixen while sitting on the ground with my back to a tree at ten yards at a buddys place. We are still buddies, right Chris??

Oct, 30th, 1992. Body weight 187 pounds, from Butler co, Ky. Never had him scored just mounted and hung him on my wall, Until a few years ago my son in law took him to be counted 168 total. I know he sure tasted good..

Got a 12 pointer a few years back. 22 yard shot out of a ladder stand. He snuck in and started working a scrape. He ran about 40 yards down into a gully but reasonable retrieve.
It was about the second week of October. He weighed 178lbs. field dressed. Nice even rack. Never had him scored.
I was sure hoping he'd had a chance to spread some of his DNA around as even though he was 12 points he was young.
No telling what he would have been like in another couple of years but I couldn't pass him up.
Excalibur exocet, with aluminum Easton bolts.

Wow! Yall got my buck fever up! Very nice bucks,hope I get a chance at one this year.Here in Texas our deer are not as big as the deer I seen,as far as the body size! I am a taxidermist here in Texas and I have a couple of booners in to mount this past season! Thanks for posting your pictures! Ron the deer skinner!

Shot Mr Tall Tines with a 160" rack in 2012 with my old aluminum rail Ibex. It was a 32 yard shot while I was sitting in a hedgerow. He came in to check out my doe bleat can...
