I'm also a new Grizzly owner, just bought it on 8-20 and shot it all weekend. On 8-21 I bought a set of R.E.D.S for my bow. I'm a little lost here as to what you're talking about because mine simply slid into some holes and came with a retention screw. I was able to adjust mine in and out to the desired distance. The guy at the shop told me that 1/8" or 1/4" was the ideal spot so I eyeballed it and set them up. They're working excellent for me. I also added the limb dampeners also and love all of them working together in unison.
