Thank you forum!

Post by gmac405 »

I'd like to take some time to thank everyone in the forum that contributed in helping a newbie like me with my new addiction!

Moreover, I'd like to thank 2 very specific fantastic guys:

Paul aka paulaboutform
This guy would talk to me for hours just giving me advise and pointers even though he is busy with his work. You saved me a lot of money with all your advise bud. AND you recommended the Danny Miller plier pullers. I had to shoot my bow on my target that's around 10' just to test these pliers. I noticed another 1" extra penetration (due to force 10 string upgrade) and I said, we'll I won't be getting these bolts out with the other "grip" style pullers. When I tried these pliers, it took me very little effort to pull the bolts out even with the extra speed upgrade. EVERY CROSSBOW SHOOTER SHOULD HAVE ONE, is what Paul said and its true!

Don aka Boo
He is the MOST trustworthy guy I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I'll save you guys the details as there are many exploiters in the world. All I'm gonna say is, I wont lose any sleep if I leave my wallet, heck entire bank account info at his place! And your Force 10 strings are amazing. I clearly noticed an extra 1" penetration. Can't wait to chrony this beast out!

Again, THANKS EVERYONE!

Gil, it's been great talking to you and a real blessing to me to be able to give back just a little. So many here selflessly helped me out and still do so. Another week or so and maybe we can head out to the range and check that beast out at some distance....and I'll bring my chrono.

It's cool when you find a fellow shooter to get together with. Wish I lived close to a forum member. :D This forum is the best.
