Last year I fell with my crossbow and damaged the trigger; you fixed it and got it back to me in a week. And the trigger works better than ever. Thanks so much.

I have had two warranty issues with my Matrix. The first time I sent it to Danny and received excellent service from him receiving my replacement limbs in a week The second time I was directed through the Excal warranty site to send my defective limbs to Woody's. I did and received excellent service from you, receiving my replacement limbs in a week as well. Seems like Excal has the warranty part of the business covered very well. I would not hesitate to send warranty work to either of the above mentioned people.Very satisfied.

About a month or so ago I sent a set of limbs to Danny M. for replacement and he was out of them. He left me voice mail that he had contacted Woodys and y'all had the limbs in stock and said y'all would mail them to me. I received them here in GA only two days later.... :D

Thanks for the GREAT CS... The new limbs shoot great.

I've used Woody's and was pleased with the quick service. Just another good aspect about owning an Excal.

On 7/ 31 sent thru Excalibur an RMA request, received the reply w/in 15 minutes!
Way cool!

But get this . . . mailed on Aug. 1, (Now pay attention to the times) Woodys received the trigger on 8/3 @ 3:41 pm, At 3:47 pm received an automated message that my trigger has been shipped back to me.

ok, i'm thinking they had another trigger there ready to go they just swapped them out . . .negative Ghost Rider! It was my trigger . . . it had the ear notch i made on it taking it out.

I got it all together this last sunday, let the Blue loctite dry and wanted to shoot it yesterday evening when i got off work but had to work on a tractor. Today while at work couldn't stand it no more so I zipped home checked my brace height and loaded one up and jus zipped one . . .it was just one shot but WOW! hope to get home tonight and shoot a little more . . .i'm excited.

A big thumbs up and Eastwood grin to Woody's 8)
