tact zone scope ?

hi all new here have a ?, I am looking to buy a Excaibur 380 in researching one thing im not sure about is the scope i knowm it illuminates but does it have poa markers without illumination or do you have to illuminate scope every time it is shot thanks in advance and sorry about the dumb ?'s

Welcome , It works as a regular Excalibur scope until you turn on the red/green illumination . It can be used with or with out it in other words .

does anyone one know what the magnification is on the tactzone with the speed dial set at 380 and 410?

Welcome aboard flat foot.
As 8ptbuk stated, it can be used either way.
They are a very nice scope.
I have one on my 330 and really like it
