That's only up North. You'll never hear Joisey down here! Think of it as Sopranos up North, and Duck Dynasty down South!

I looked at South Shore Archery's website and the arrow options were confusing, so I send them an e-mail. I mentioned the recommendations I got from here, and this is what they recommended. I'm planning on ordering a dozen arrows to begin with, so I just wanted to see what you guys think.

18" zombie slayer
92g brass inserts
2" Blazers
RH Helical
Setback 1 1/8 in
Flat aluminum nocks

I would go with a 110 gr insert and if you want 3 degree helix put that in the additional comments section. You really only need a 2 degree helical with the bow speed you will be getting

I would take Jerry's recommendations. He is the arrow Guru.

I would go without the aluminum flat nocks and go with some type of illuminated nock. Seeing as you're from Joisy, I'm sure Anthony will have you shooting "Ignitors"

Ordered a dozen arrows today, as recommended by South Shore Archery':

18" zombie slayer
110g brass inserts
2" Blazers
RH Helical
Setback 1 1/8 in
Flat aluminum nocks

I passed on the illuminated nocks for now, they aren't exactly cheap when you're buying a dozen at a time. I'll pick up a couple, and install them later to try out.

.....R4fan....many of us make our own arra's which allow us to play around with some different combinations include illumination in the caboose...yes, illuminated nocks are not cheap but neither will be losing a newly purchased crafted to spec arrow....

.... I have used both Lumenok and Ignitors... I have found them to be equally good!!... With that said I have recently gone to the NuFletch Ignitors (on my 335). For me, easy installation and easy to extinguish.... However, I have achieved perfection with the Lumenoks on my arra setup shooting out of my 380... And why change perfection....

Anthony :)

Anthony,

I got that, I'm not complaining too much, my firearms addiction is much more expensive! I'm not at the point yet to make my own. I still need to buy a crossbow target and broadheads so the lumenocks can wait for a moment. I will most likely pick up a couple to try for my hunting arrows soon, I just didn't need 12 of them right now. Currently I'm waiting for a Jack Pine string and some other stuff I need to arrive in the mail. :D
