Season opens Sept 12'th here. Sept 14'th is our 30'th wedding anniversary.
My wife thinks we are going to spend the weekend at our cabin so that I can hunt, and I have not told her anything different. What she does not know is that both our son and daughter (and son inlaw) will be showing up at our cabin for a surprise 30 anniversary party. Our son will also be doing the honors as we renew our wedding vows. It has been almost a year since our daughter has been home for a visit from Detroit. Both kids have been pretty good about keeping things a secret from their Mother.
Now to see if I can find a T shirt that says "Yes Dear" on the front so I can wear it that weekend

....We just had our 30th in February....my wife opted for the Excalibur Diamond Eternity ring...go figure...
