I use a custom Flemish string and don't have the ADF.
I don't want the ADF on my bow. But definitely get the bumpers and stringing aid. Buy some black eagle executioner arrows. You can buy a custom Flemish string on our trading post from some great string makers.Good luck!

You should really make a list of what you need, check it twice!
Extra string, you never know!!
Extra Arrows, you'll need them. Pick what you think you'll want going forward, here is the hard part, pick a broadhead, and weight first, then get the arrows made to suit them. If you make your own, this will be easy.
Scope, well I'll just say this, Excalibur DOES not make their scopes, Feature rich, quality, OK!
Bumpers, Yep.
Trigger, maybe not right away.
ADF, It could pay big dividends!

Good Luck, and Happy Hunting!

Reiny - my husband and I are in Kitchener and can help with some things. PM if you want to meet and borrow things like a scale or stringing aid.
