This is not of my creation, I cannot take credit for this recipe or idea. It is something I found on our vast internet.

No problem Brother! I estimate that it takes about $2 to make a gallon of it. I'll make several gallons of it and us it very liberally due to the low cost.

peroxide, baking soda, & a lil soap is also a home remedy for the dog when sprayed by a skunk.

I didn't use them. I think they're just add ins. I got the photo and recipe from the net. That's not my writing.

Forget trying to fool a white tails nose and just hunt down wind. If you can prove that a white tail can't smell you in bow range when he is downwind from you when you apply scent killer I will give you my Micro!! Well maybe not but I am just saying forget trying mask your scent because it's not possible!!... LOL
A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.

I agree with Jeff for the most part. Don't try to mask scent but eliminate it if possible. I shower with bacterial killing non-scent soap and wash my clothes with AND spray down with scent killer, all in hopes of not smelling at all.

and then I still hunt down wind.. But I also will hunt a crosswind and have done OK.

I did add "Evercalm" deer herd scent to the mix recently. Kinda like "Deer Dander" but cheaper. Jury is still out on that stuff though.

my cover scent is gasoline and diesel, it lures then in from downwind!

more seriously tho, I do go to some painful extent to eliminate my scent. I ozone treat my clothes and use scent killers and I have had many deer come in from down wind. I cants say as to why I have not been scented but I plan to keep doing what im doing. My buddy on the other hand does not and he does get busted from my stands far more often than I would.
