limb pockets

Post by killzthemost »

I am shooting an exomax shoots great but I had to change the string. It's shooting great but we're the limbs are meeting the riser I can barely see daylight very little. Is this correct or do I need to tighten the bolts up more ?? I don't know how much to tighten them , don't want to break anything on my PRECIOUS

A gap there is normal. Shoot that thang, and go hunting! Check the bolts carefully, but light, and water get through some tight spots. There are plastic spacers under the limbs that don't always seat to where light cannot pass through.

Thanks my brother in hunting. I absolutely love this bow and to me it's quiet and dang does it shoot like a laser.

It will cost you nothing and you'll gain peace of mind if you take the string off and check the limb bolts.
