Boo custom strings

typically how long do they last with proper care ? An are they a needed up grade for a crossbow ? Not real happy with Excalibur strings, always love vapor trail strings for my compounds But I've notice a lot of guys on here love their boo strings.

Yep, just switch primary and back up from year to year. You'd be good for many, many seasons...

I have a Boo string with whiskers on my 380 and love it!

His strings are pure artwork that preform well.......Boo Yah!

There are a lot of good flemish strings, I own several from different makers and I would recommend all of them, we are blessed to have so many quality options. Saying that there is only one Boo String,,,, I order them in pairs, and come hunting season it is all I shoot, I am still using the first string of the pair on both bows,,, yep they are well worth the money,,,

They are after all the one string all others are judged by,,,,,

To get a Boo custom string can take a long time (over a year) because of his back log of orders. He does offer a production string that is also very high quality in limited colors that only takes a couple weeks to get.
I do have another 40 strand Custom Boo string on order, and 8ptbuk also makes an excellent 40 strand custom string that I really like.
As stated, there are several string makers on this site and they all make quality strings. I have purchased at least one string from each of them and they are all excellent craftsmen.

Don's string are truly a work of art ! As Ive started building strings myself Ive REALLY come to appreciate his craftsmanship ! His strings are truly the pinnacle of Flemish Strings and well worth the wait !

You are absolutely correct . There is a lot of fantastic people on here . We have string makers , arrow makers and a custom stock maker .
