When I shoot paper targets I am all over the place
When I shoot 3d I can stack arrows
What is up with this messed up brain

LOL, you can't eat paper but 3D resembles REAL groceries, go figure.

Hmmm, are you picking a spot on a spot to aim at or aiming "at the target"?

The old adage aim small, miss small is great advice and easily forgotten. I notice when my groups are opening up that I am aiming at the orange center of my target. When I focus on the "X" in the center of the orange dot my wobbles and subsequently my groups tighten right back up.

Works for me, your mileage may vary

I am not making out the small x like I used to
So I guess age is kethin up on me
Going to have eyes checked tomorrow

If your scope has a Diopter adjustment check that.
It can help as eyes change over time.
