I shot my bow this morning and when I was putting back in the case, I seen that the right limb is splintered. It's just one piece that is splintered at the inside bottom of the limb. I have never dryfired the bow.
Has anyone else had this problem? Is this covered under the warranty?

It may be worthwhile to visit the Walk-In Clinic nearby at Excalibur headquarters for a limb script. That's what I would do.

As Normous said take it to the walk in clinic , fill out a form . There is a Tim Horton's down the road come back in 30 -45 min and your 380 will be or should be released for home. Did exactly the same with one of my bow's year's ago.

My hats off to Excalibur. Dale took my bow in this morning to have the limb looked at. He was in and out in 20 minutes with a new set. That is unbelievable. More companies should take a page from Excalibur's book on Customer Service. Thanks to Excalibur for making a great bow and service second to none!!
