Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar...

I've never heard of this before, but I ordered some up to give it a try! If something happens to me trying it, sorry...I'm taking my crossbow with me wherever I wind up!

Well I picked up some Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar to fend off the seasonal bugs.
Took a tablespoon of it straight.
I'm sure glad nobody was there to take a pic of my face when I got the taste of it.
My wife just about wet herself laughing at me....

....just so it's clear guys and gals...you really should mix the ACV with some liquid; water, seltzer, soda or Jim Beam ....or even consider taking it morning and night (1tbspn AM/PM)...I don't want any lawsuits saying that because of my recommendation there are medical issues ...

.... I have started a Dr. supervised diet where I have to sip 24 oz of water between morning and 4pm...so I put my Braggs ACV in my sippy cup with my associated nutrients...I add a packet or 2 of Stivia and sip away....

....Good luck to everyone who has begun their ACV regiment...oh by the way...this stuff also takes rust off of your CB fasteners

I took mine this evening on the Subway sandwich I described in a previous post. Couldn't taste the Bragg's or olive oil I added with all those jalapenos on there.

I got the Heinz brand ACV with mother. Didn't want a salad at 8 am so I put a table spoon in a half a glass of beer. Tasty.

Also works to remove warts
Cover wart with band aid, soak with "acv" 36 hrs
It will be dead and fall off.

Been following this thread for awhile now with no real inkling to try ACV....but now that I see it can be mixed with Jim Beam or beer and is pretty good on a sub I might just have to give it a try!!

It's also works great in a fruit fly trap, I caught tons a few weeks ago at hunting camp
