I asked if there was a difference between the Crossbow Spitfire Maxx and the Regular model. I read on here somewhere that NAP said they were the same. This is the reply I received. I wonder if they even know themselves. :D

The crossbow version will have a slightly stronger retention clips to handle the increased speed of the higher speed crossbows.

It sounds like they know if they are telling you that the crossbow version has stronger clips...

The reason I said that I wonder if they know, is because I have read where others have contacted them and they stated there was no difference other than packaging. I will continue to order the Crossbow version myself.

If the crossbow version flies good and they are the same price as the standard version, I would just stick with the crossbow ones.

I'd expect a 100gr broadheads to weigh 100gr and so will manufacturer. A stiffer retainer spring clip will have a slightly greater bend nothing to do with weight.
