The day started off good being self employed i get u p early to get my work done so i hopefully get out early to hunt with the time change its hard. I get work done in the woods 3pm climbing tree see a without a dought shooter non typical buck bird dogging a doe 40 yards out. Our southern pa woods are very viney n thick . Range is good n lots a vines n branches i pick n opening shoot n watch the luminock bounce n pinball allover obviously i hit something. No big deal buck walks away unfased . I find a giant scrape series wen recovering the bolt. Oh well . Go up the tree . See nothing rest of nite. I come home to take my daughter to her friends .n hit a german sheaphard size doe n kill it messin up wifes van . After all this come home n open mail to find n aarp membership. Now the whole world knows in gonna be 50 wat a nite. Maby tomorrow ill work late!

Take the reply envelop for the AARP application, stuff other junk mail (without your name or address on it) in the envelop and mail it back to them. Costs them money & makes the postal service a few cents.
I called AARP years ago and told them to remove me from their mailing list. I still get just as much junk mail from them as I ever did. :evil:

I love it, never thought of this. Aarp can be a pain and wont leave you alone. Happy 50 too

Yea, but i heard that they had an unlimited supply of Dalton's String wax available for members because of all of it's medicinal properties and uses for old people! That alone might be worth the membership fee.... :mrgreen:

....Also, I rather get bothered by AARP then get a personal call from the local funeral home saying, "Isn't it about time we get together and discuss options and payment plans?" :shock:

50?? You are a child still!
Wait till you get into your later 60s and the first thing you do when you wake up is make certain you are still alive.... :lol: Then you get up knowing that you have nothing special to do and all day to do it in... :shock: so you simply go hunting or fishing again... :mrgreen:
