Great deer and I love my Cub or as I call mine Super-Cub.. Mine works great for me and really like the compactness of mine... Lets hear the story...

Thanks everybody!! :D The weather had been warm and windy, deer movement was spotty but I did have some good sits that indicated the rut was on and had numerous oppourtunities but was holding out for something bigger than the deer in my avatar,,,evening movement seemed to be better than morning,,afterall these deer have their winter coats on and the normal morning stand sites showed nothing indicating to me that they wasted no time getting back to their bedding ground,,,being tired and also in pain becuz of my back I was becoming demotivated and was not particularly enjoying myself. So,on November 4th with a storm front moving in I decided to sit a stand I have not been in for awhile a little further back off a huge marsh,,I rode my bike as far as I felt was safe and walked the rest of the way,,in a lot of pain anxiously looking forward to climbing into the ladder stand and SIT DOWN! :( I had a total time to sit figured at about 2 hours.About an hour later this guy came from behind,,severly quartering away and walking away at a pretty sharp angle...I then stood up,,shoulderd CubPow and settled the 30 yard cheveron ahead of his right rear thigh,,gave him a "buuuuurp" and squeezed off,,sending my Magnus Black Hornet on its way,,,,Thawack  ,,!! He took off over a ridge where I lost sight of him and intently listened for him to crash  ,,I got down from the stand to retrieve my arrow with it's Luminock shining brightly.I new it was a leathal strike as I saw blood spilling out of his neck as he ran away and blood everywhere!!!I found him over and down the ridge is some nasty thick stuff...I was somewhat in shock as I stood over him lifting his head and admiring his rack,,and gave thanks to the Lord for blessing me with this gift! 8)
