I strip em and cut tight fitting strips of High Density foam rubber, it is a little heavier than the foam they make swim noodles out of. It is just one of the many things I go thru to quit the recurve,,, it's just a little personalization thing,, they don't kill any better, but it makes it more personalized,,,

And what do you use to wrap your stirrup? I know some guys use some sort of tape or other material underneath a layer of outer tape.

Does the 330 have the backward riser as opposed to the forward riser of the 355/380 and 405

330 has same riser as 355 and 380 and 405. Only rails differ.

Wrap the riser with a wrap you can get at golf shops or sporting good stores thats used to wrap tennis racquets, golf clubs and the such.

Like flightattendant100 said they are all the same except the 310, it is the only riser I am aware of that has the swept back limbs.

Thanks for the reply re the reverse riser.
I'm just shortening a 310 down a bit to turn it into a 3d shooter

Congratulations on the new addition. I only have one crossbow and the 330 is it and like you, I also stuffed every hollow area in the bow with the high density foam just to suit me. I have spare limbs, Strings, scope with rings and trigger for it and dont really see a "need" for another crossbow as i believe the 330 is just about perfect for me BUT, I think i would consider a 310 for turkey hunting and an everday shooter.

see Possum, there is no end,,, you said it the 330 is all you really n e e d,,, BUT,,, the 310 would be nice,,, once you have it it's all you really need, BUT,,, you'll find a reason to justify I another,,,, don't ask how I know these thing,,, but be assured,,, I know,,,,

I love em all,,, but been trying to find a Matrix stock in Treestand Camo,,, I really want a 355 to put my spare set of Matrix limbs in Treestand on with a matching stock, if I do I will find a used Blackout as the rail and riser I would like in black,,, then I would have a set of black limbs for all my Matrix bows as a backup set,,, but then I thought,,, with 5 bows,, would I need a spare set of limbs,,,, :?
