Well last evening about 5:35 I got my first ever crossbow kill. This Matrix 380 is awesome. I guess I'am not use to this trigger yet because I put crosshairs right behind the shoulder but the shot went trough the shoulders must have pulled the shot. I forgot to say it was a doe at 20 yrds. I'am using 150 grain slick tricks and one off the blades broke in shoulder somewhere. Fixing to start cut up the meat got to be really careful. Hope I can find it and not the hard way. Already thinking about the next deer kill. This crossbow is really fun to shoot.

Nice...congrats on gettin' one and your first crossbow kill. Hope you find that blade the easy way.

I got through cutting up the deer and didn't find the blade hope it fell out after exit. The broad head cut a deep groove in the entering leg bone and totally shattered the exit leg bone. The fletching broke off inside of the deer and the rest was on the ground after exit.
