2016 Ontario Spring bear hunt

I see Ontario is having another spring bear hunt in 2016 , I trying to find out
if this hunt is for residents only as in the past .I hope non resident could hunt this spring since I hear Nipigon calling me north again or maybe Hillsport ..

Thanks Boo and Mitch ,, I can't wait for another Ontario bear hunt ,, I've spent several bear hunts by Nipigon and Hillsport . I've been able to meet the greatest people in Ontarios bush country , I have been treated to many pickerel fish frys just by taking the time to share stories. Ontario is truly a great place
