Stock and Rail

Just curious and this maybe a really stupid question that i could probably figure out myself but being that im very comfortable with being lazy today..... Can you put a matrix rail and limb assembly on a exo series stock? I only ask because i like the traditional stock but am perfectly happy with 380 stock. Just curious is all.
