Day Two with New Micro 335! LOVE, LOVE , LOVE IT!
I'm so glad i made this purchase! Initial setup out of the box I was hitting bullseye's at 20 yards! I'm amazed!!! Can't wait to get this baby outdoors on some sandbags to see what it can really do!

Thanks VixenMaster, lots of good info on this forum from what i've seen. Only mod i'm interested in is a little bit of sound damping. Nothing to crazy. If it ain't broke don't fix it!

All I did to my Micro is a Force 10 string and a Munch mount, and that string seems to have quietened it down a bit.

Micro is so much fun to shoot....
my suggestion is at least a 385 grain arrow...
less stress to the Micro, more momentum for hunting, and quieter...

PS and a Flemish string from one of the great stringmakers on this board

Congrats. They are a joy. As other's will state, keep your brace height on the trigger side of the rail line, and arrow weights on the 380gr and above side of things. And a Flemish string, then your golden. Mine's actually quieter than my matrix 355 that I also love. All I've done on mine to take a bit of the noise away, is shrink tubing on the tip of the arrow retainer and used strips of bicycle inner tube wrapped around my foot stirrups. Then took black hockey stick/ tennis racket handle tape and wrapped the inner tube up with that to hold in place. Made a nice difference to me. It won't matter to the deer though. They can hear a mouse Fart! I won't ever be able to silence a bow enough for them not to hear something. It's nice to take out what vibrations we can though. Have fun with it.

I was in the same mode of thinking not too far back. It won't be long before the noise don't bother you, especially after seeing how accurate these things are. Wait till you dial that speed setting on your scope and shoot it at 60 yds!! Get you a flemish string from Vixenmaster and some string stops and call it good.

Congrats on the new bow! I just got my 380 last week, and I can't keep my hands off it. You plan on taking it out for the remainder of the season? I'm gonna hunt with mine next week. Again congratulations, hope you harvest something big.
