So it is supply and demand that figures , If excals are selling that well why can't the price be reduced a little at that rate of sales they had to have recouped the expenses . I for one will never own nothing other then Excalibur .

If they are selling them at these prices it doesn't make any business sense whatsoever to reduce them. It doesn't seem that they are having leftovers, if anything they will increase prices. That's just how it works. Let's not forget that Excalibur is a business.

My exact sentiments, like all businesses, an increase in the number of shareholders, dictates an increase in the returns.

Ive bought three brand new bows. First the vortex, then the M355, last my Micro335. Paid a total of 50 difference from my vortex to my micro. I find the prices to be right in line with the old EXO series with the right stuff packages

I tend to agree, however the difference is that the EXO series could be purchased on their own, and the "right/lite stuff" packages could be added at the sole discretion of the buyer if so desired.

As a current owner of several Excaliburs and accessories, I would like to have the ability and choice of purchasing items, not only in "kit" form, but also "a la carte", when/as I need and see fit to acquire :!:

If I had that choice I might be able to justify updating my collection, and I'm sure I'm not alone in my feelings.

Agree. Your not alone. I have none of the stock accessories that came with my bows I bought. It's all sitting off to the side. Not saying there's anything wrong with what they include. I want what I want on it. And hate to pay for something that won't be used. But INCLUDE with EVERY bow a stringing aid!

The ratio is basically 10:2 Excalibur: other bows. I'm not sure about the market in the USA, but in southern Ontario people are buying Excalibur bows like hot cakes, it's no wonder the price is high!

If that's the case maybe Excalibur should offer hunters on disability or finacially unable to afford a crossbow some sort of discount or even donating a Excalibur crossbow to these hunters .Of course some type of verification would be needed but doing this for needy hunters would make the world a better place for all .,
How do the rich get wealthy? Being a business owner I can tell you they all cry poor me. I hear the poor me so often I ignore it from everyone. The rich are the worst for paying the bills. They are to busy crying poor me. So how you expect it to work your way? Submit your income tax form? I am a business owner and have a zero income. Do I qualify? Poor me has to live life with my company visa card. Most days I don't even have cash for a Tim Hortons coffee.

I for one could show them a tax return I have to do this to get equipment that I needed for my MS and can not afford it . I had to fill out a form for crossbow permit stating I was disabled and not able to pull a bow back at the legal draw wt. I had to have Dr. fill out a section stating why . One state I had to go to a hearing and show them . Yes a Matrix 330 would help me stay in the field with less problems but with very limited income that is not happening .So I stay with what I have weather I like it or not . I am not a free loader I asked for nothing free and don't expect anything . I have tried to help people over the years disabled /handicapped stay in the field hunting or fishing or what have you .

I am deemed permanently disabled as well. Was deemed to never work again by our government and went 15 years on a permanent disability. Took a bank loan and paid $8000, to go through school my self so I could move on in life. So I know how you feel. I wish you the best my friend. CHEERS!

Nothing personal Mike, but considering you are able to play hockey, after putting in a full day's work, it just goes to show what the government knows, obviously Jack-$hit.

Just to think, with the "right" doctor, a cheque will arrive indefinitely in the mail box of the not so proud. Isn't socialism great, only in Canada you say.

It's good to know that after 15 years, by going to school, your pride finally allowed you to move on in life. Good for you. 8)

Your income determines what is reasonable. As does the market.
A months wages for some is fine, for others it's too much , or not enough.
No champagne on a beer budget.
You can acquire an Excalibur below retail.
Used bows exist too.
Southern Ontario market may reflect brand loyalty or another great concept, feed your neighbor first when possible in your purchasing.
Warranty ,service matters locally ,even more appeal.
Reputation assures they are worth it.
Axiom.S.M.F.
S5s,cheek piece, firebolts, Original Rocket Steel heads.
Bushnell yardage pro on Excalibur mount.

Exomax.
Hawke 1.5-5x32ir SR.
Easton xx75,s 2219. Bolt-cutters.
Bunch of bumpers.
Vixenmaster! string.
